16:00～ Admission to the venue
Admission to the fireworks venue will be at 16:00.
*Times vary depending on your seat, so please refer to the venue map.
Please make sure your ticket is visible to enter the venue. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the venue without your ticket.
Please check the seat map you received and take your assigned seat. Our staff will be available to assist you, so please let us know if you are unsure of your seat.
If you get lost on the way to the venue, please ask the staff nearby.
19:20 - 21:30 Fireworks time
The fireworks are scheduled to begin at 7:20 PM, with the final program expected at approximately 9:30 PM. The event lasts for about two hours.
Please note that the ending time may vary depending on the progress of the event and other circumstances.
After the Fireworks
⚠️ Important Departure Information
Guests may leave the venue at any time before the end of the fireworks display at their own convenience. Those planning to travel by Shinkansen or train may wish to depart before the end of the display.
Please note that the venue area and routes to the station become extremely crowded after the event.
To ensure safety and reduce congestion, guests will be asked to leave the venue in phases. For guests in chair seating and bench seating areas, departures will begin at approximately 9:45 PM.
Please allow plenty of time for your journey home.
About Postponement/Cancellation of the Fireworks Festival
The Grand Fireworks Display will be held rain or shine. However, it may be postponed or canceled if the launch site is flooded or if strong winds make it unsafe to proceed.
In case of Postponement
August 2 (Sun) will be postponed to August 16 (Sun), and August 3 (Mon) to August 17 (Mon), with tickets remaining valid.
*Refunds due to customer convenience for postponement are not possible.
In case of Cancellation
A refund of up to 50% of the ticket price (excluding various fees) will be issued.*No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled midway.
Rain Policy
The fireworks festival will be held rain or shine.
The fireworks will proceed even in light rain.
However, the festival may be canceled in the event of severe weather.
In case of cancellation, an announcement will be made by 7:00 AM on the day of the event.
