■ About luggage 

 ・ Coin lockers at Nagaoka Station cannot be used during the festival period. 
 ・Please pack lightly (a backpack is recommended). 

 ・We recommend leaving your luggage at your accommodation. 

■ Access to the venue 

・Please refer to the distributed map and make your own way to the venue.
・ If you get lost, please ask a staff member.
・No entry without a ticket. 

■ Daytime (before the event)

・Due to the extreme heat, please stay hydrated to prevent heatstroke. 

・The city will be very crowded. Please expect long lines at shops and restaurants. 
・ There are few shops near the venue. Please purchase food and drinks near the station in advance. 
・Travel to the Viewing Area 

Please allow plenty of time to reach your viewing area, as Ōte Bridge and Chōsei Bridge will be closed to pedestrians during certain hours. 

■ Toilet

・Temporary toilets are available, but lines are expected.
・We recommend using the restroom before arriving.  

■ Guidelines During Viewing

 ・ Please use designated smoking areas only. Smoking in viewing areas, smoking while walking, and littering cigarette butts are strictly prohibited. 
 ・Alcohol consumption is permitted. Please drink responsibly. 
 ・ Photography is only permitted from your own seat. 
 ・ Tripods may be used only with nearby guests’ consent and must not exceed seat height.
  ・ Drones and similar devices are not permitted.
  ・ A small flashlight for your footing may be helpful.
  ・ Please do not leave trash at your seat. Dispose of it in the designated trash bins.
